隨(sui)著建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)塔吊出租行業的(de)不斷發(fa)展,現在(zai)很多的(de)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)塔吊設(she)備的(de)使(shi)用技術也隨(sui)之(zhi)增加,塔吊液壓頂(ding)升(sheng)系統通過(guo)頂(ding)升(sheng)和下降塔吊套架來實現增加或減(jian)少標準節,使(shi)塔吊能(neng)隨(sui)著建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)物(wu)高度(du)(du)變化而(er)升(sheng)高或降低,從而(er)滿足不同高度(du)(du)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)物(wu)的(de)垂(chui)直運輸需(xu)要。
該系(xi)(xi)統主要(yao)由液壓泵(beng)站、液壓頂(ding)升(sheng)油(you)缸、鎖(suo)閥及高壓軟管組成(cheng);在塔吊頂(ding)升(sheng)作(zuo)業時(shi),系(xi)(xi)統需(xu)要(yao)承(cheng)載塔吊上(shang)部結構三(san)十多噸的重量(liang),系(xi)(xi)統工作(zuo)壓力(li)達到18Mpa以上(shang),屬于高壓液壓系(xi)(xi)統。該系(xi)(xi)統具有體積小(xiao)、重量(liang)輕、比功率(lv)(lv)大(da)、運行平穩等優點(dian),但同(tong)時(shi)又存在傳動效率(lv)(lv)低(di)、易產生故障(zhang)等缺陷。
由于塔吊(diao)(diao)的液(ye)壓頂升(sheng)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)屬于密封(feng)(feng)帶壓的管(guan)路循環系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),管(guan)路中(zhong)油液(ye)的流動情況,液(ye)壓元件內部(bu)的零件動作和密封(feng)(feng)是否損壞都不易察(cha)覺到,因(yin)此(ci)分析(xi)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)的原因(yin)和判斷故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)的部(bu)位都比較困難。有眾多塔吊(diao)(diao)事故(gu)(gu)中(zhong),半數是因(yin)為系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)出現故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)后處置不當而引發的,為避(bi)免重大(da)設備事故(gu)(gu)發生,如何預(yu)防液(ye)壓頂升(sheng)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)就成了(le)一個急待(dai)解決的的問(wen)題。
